Consumer health data we collect
CardSwap is a trading-card marketplace and does not ask about your health. The only data that could qualify as consumer health data is information you volunteer — for example, if you mention a health condition in a message, post or support request.
Why we collect it
Any consumer health data you volunteer is used only to provide the service you asked for (such as answering your support request or displaying your post), to keep the marketplace safe, and to comply with law.
Sharing and your rights
We do not sell consumer health data and we do not share it for advertising. It is shared only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Notice, to the extent needed to run CardSwap.
Where the law applies, you can request access, correction or deletion of your consumer health data by emailing cardswapmarketplacesd@gmail.com. You can withdraw consent at any time by closing your account.
